Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Introduce courses and services to students and parents with passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm in person, by telephone, and over e-mail;
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience to all clients;
  • Be comfortable managing unexpected or simultaneous enquiries or challenges;
  • Proactively seek feedback from students and parents on our courses for quality and service enhancement;
  • Communicate student/parent feedback and management concerns to teaching staff;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre;
  • Be an active team member in reaching company performance targets;
  • Plan and co-ordinate teacher schedules and classes;
  • Assist in educational events, meetings, seminars etc.;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly company performance reports for senior management;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma’s, Ordinary Diploma’s or Business Administration Degree’s Holder;
  • Freshly graduated from University is also welcome;
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, customers service and problem-solving skills;
  • Friendly, flexible, dynamic, and have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, time management and organisational commitment.
