Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Handle receptionist's duties of greeting guests, answering phone calls, mailing orders and courier services;
  • Provide daily administrative support and general clerical duties including filing, data entry;
  • Present services to customers;
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing quality services to customers;
  • A minimum of 1 year strong customer service and/or receptionist experience. (face to face/telephone) 


  • Service-oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional telephone manner;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing(倉頡/速成);
  • Able to work independently with multi-task assignments, attention to details;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
