Receptionist / Customer Services Assistant
(Kwai Chung area)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle general reception duties including handling incoming calls, mailing and courier arrangements
  • Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries politely
  • Perform general office administrative duties as assigned including filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and water

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with relevant experience
  • Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent
  • Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Working hours from 8am – 530pm
