Responsibilities

  • Handle all courier / mail / delivery notes services
  • Answer telephone calls and handle incoming / outgoing email
  • Greet international guests in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide administrative support to other colleagues when necessary

 

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above with 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with PC operations (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Pleasant telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
  • Detail-mined, willing to do and polite
  • Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidate with lower qualification or fewer experiences will be considered as General Clerk

 

5.5 days (Alternate), Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
