PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Mature on front desk service and conference rooms booking or set up.
  • Able to achieve the timely and efficient delivery of front desk service.
  • Take responsibility to match the FM goal and fully understand and strictly follow up related company policy.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all incoming / out-going calls in a professional manner and projecting a good company image to external callers. Uses discretion in answering queries form public on behalf of the Company with due care and not to release proprietary information.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing all aspects of a group event, including conference room setup and booking, presentation (a/v), arrangements of sizable team meetings and catering lunch, and guest services during an event.
  • Manage all round hospitality services to in-house client groups.
  • Upkeep the meeting and other staff facilities, ensures the facilities are properly maintained and report any faults to the Facilities Management.
  • Carry out housekeeping duties and provide administrative/people move co-ordination support.
  • Serve as the major liaison with the AV vendor in terms equipment usage and maintenance; control the usage of AV equipment and maintain the AV system in good condition.
  • Maintain the booking records for Property controlled publishing facilities; mange the deployment of publishing materials upload new publishing schedules on Bridge.
  • Support the Helpdesk and Finance services
