The successful candidate will play an important role in our daily office activities. This role will get a great all rounded exposure to the company's day to day operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Provide effective and prompt services to all front office enquiries
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring calls, delivering messages promptly by email.
  • Organize and coordinate daily schedule of meeting rooms
  • Manage appointments and venue reservations
  • Assist in Event Management
  • Logistics and procurement managements
  • Ad hoc projects as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • A min of 2 years working experience in client facing role and administration is a must
  • Candidates with legal industry is preferred
  • Friendly, organised and humble
