Our client, an Investment Bank, is seeking to hire a Receptionist to join their HR & Admin team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Tend to walk-in guests 
  • Manage the telephone system and incoming calls
  • Handle out-going and in-coming mail and managing the courier vendor
  • Responsible for ordering of office stationary and appliances
  • Assist with claims processing
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • DSE & above
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in a front desk/receptionist position
  • Prior experience in the Finance sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English & Putonghua
