Our client is a well-established American multinational manufacturing company founded in 1945, specializing in toy design and production. With a strong presence in the industry, it owns up to 80 subsidiary brands. They are actively seeking a Receptionist to support their vibrant team.

Description

  • Provide reception service in courteous and professional manner.
  • Meet, greet and accommodate clients and guests.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls and direct calls to correspondents.
  • Organise conference and meeting rooms arrangement.
  • Handle courier's arrangement: register incoming mails and parcels.
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support.
  • Assist with office maintenance and procurement.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Profile

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Comprehensive to various IT package, i.e. Microsoft office.
  • Immediately availability is preferred.
