Client Details

Our client is an international law firm with a stable and friendly culture. They have 10 office across the world providing all rounded legal services to their clients. Their HK office is located in a premium location and are looking for candidate with prior receptionist experience and good communication skills to assist their guests.

Description

The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide reception service in courteous and professional manner
  • Meet, greet and accommodate clients and guests
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls and direct calls to correspondents
  • Handle courier's arrangement: register incoming mails and parcels
  • Assist in general admin task for the team
  • Organise conference and meeting rooms bookings. Provide other clerical support when required

Profile

The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Previous receptionist experience in corporate settings is preferred
  • Pleasant, proactive and energetic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
