Client Details

Our client a listed company which focused in the automobile manufacturing industry. It is well performed with 10 manufacturing plants and over 30 outlets across the world. They are looking for an energetic and proactive candidate to handle the reception duties

Description

The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities

  • Perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers' arrangement
  • Responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception and meeting rooms
  • Responsible for the setting up and preparation for meetings
  • Assist in the administrative duties when required
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Profile

The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements

  • Relevant experience, customer Service background also welcome
  • Strong language skill is preferred
  • Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexible, open-minded and self-motivated
  • Well-organised and strong team player
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
