Description

  • To perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and courier arrangement
  • To responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception and meeting rooms
  • Work closely with the secretary on admin tasks such as travel arrangement and hotel booking
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Profile

  • Speaks good level of English and Mandarin
  • Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, open-minded and self-motivated

Job Offer
