Receptionist (Ref. No.: 2/REC/2AO)

We are now looking for a talented Receptionist to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East.  The incumbent will be responsible for providing front desk service to greet guests, answering telephone calls and enquiries, handling meeting room bookings and assisting in tea service. Other duties include mail record keeping, coordinating delivery of incoming mail, connecting overseas calls, and providing various administrative support to the Administration Services Team.


Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 2 years’  experience as a Receptionist in a sizeable firm
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
  • Presentable, pleasant, courteous and service-oriented
