Client Details

Our client is a low profile and reputable middle-sized family business located at a premium location. They are looking for an experienced candidate with solid customer service or receptionist experience to join the company.

Description

The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities

  • Perform day to day receptionist duties and general administrative & clerical support, including but not limited to handling incoming phone calls and mails, greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner, data entry, record keeping, etc.
  • Manage the booking schedule of conference rooms and make necessary meeting logistics
  • Coordinate the daily operation of courier services for internal users
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Profile

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience gained from MNCs
  • Strong communication skills and customer service techniques
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Pleasant, mature, proactive, meticulous and well-organized
  • Willingness to work shift duties or overtime to cover other receptionists who are on leave if necessary
