They are currently looking for a receptionist to join their fast-moving team and be able to assist the international environment.

Description

  • To answer and forward phone calls and taking accurate, precise message when necessary, receive visitors and registration;
  • To take registration and manage courier;
  • Handle office administration duties such as meeting room reservation, mailing and courier and liaise with vendors.
  • Meeting, greeting and accommodating clients and guests;
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of guest visits;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc requests from management

Profile

  • Presentable, pleasant personality and able to work independently
  • At least 1 years' experience as a Receptionist with some exposure within the administration field.
  • Excellent telephone manner, polite and professional in your approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent command of Language skills;
  • Close to native Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Experience within the financial industry would be priority.
