Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative and secretarial support for the management office
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiry from tenants at service counter
  • Prepare reports and perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
  • At least 1-year administration experiences which in property management is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken English is a must
  • Excellent telephone manner with customer service mindset
  • Well organized, attention to details and capable to work under pressure
  • Good coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word and Excel 
  • Immediate available is preferable
