This incumbent would be actively involved in the whole recruitment process for global offices.

Our client is the leader of it the professional services industry with a well-established market presence across Asia Pacific. There are over 200 staff Worldwide with offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, China and New York, etc.

They are looking for a good team player as a Recruitment Specialist to join their HR Team for their Regional Office. This incumbent would be actively involved in the whole recruitment process for regional offices.

Description

  • Act as the main responsible person for all recruitment needs across APAC region, where you will manage the full spectrum of recruitment process
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, help identify any hiring needs, provide advice on sourcing strategies, interview skills, and on any relevant market information
  • Manage and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers in alignment with business and hiring strategy
  • Develop new sourcing strategies promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talents and to build talent pipeline
  • Monitor background and reference check process, handle approval and other onboarding processes
  • Involved in the planning and execution of graduation recruitment, job fairs and networking events

Profile

  • Degree Holder with at least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally with recruitment agency background
  • Excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm
  • With the ability to work independently and as a team player: the role involves managing multiple demands and priorities
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • A flexible, friendly team player with good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills.
