Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for account servicing and handling recruitment assignments, new business development
  • Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
  • Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience.
  • Previous experience in business development / customer services / client relationship management highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated and confident
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
