Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate search and selection process, identify potential candidates to match clients' needs and requirements.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience; act as an advisor to candidates within the process, providing an authentic view on our opportunities, ensuring all candidates receive a consistently excellent experience and encourage referrals and positive word of mouth
  • Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients' job requirements and building talent pipeline
  • Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients

Requirements:

  •  Diploma / Degree hold with HR / CS / Finance or relevant 
  •  Business Development and Sales experience would be an advantage
  •  Working experience or knowledge in IT industry / Banking & Finance is a plus
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Willing to work under pressure, fast-learner, energetic, resourceful                
  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  •  Applicants with 2+ years' experience would be considered for senior roles
