Key Responsibilities

  • Business development across a targeted client portfolio, offering a diverse range of recruitment solutions (retained, contingency, market mapping, shortlisting)
  • Meeting with key decision makers within your defined client mix to build and develop relationships
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Managing the full offer process including negotiation of salaries between clients and candidates
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers

About You

  • 1-3 years' working experience
  • You have a genuine desire to be the best at what you do – not just words, but action
  • You enjoy being an entrepreneur in a transparent team environment, someone who does not get intimidated easily and brave enough to learn from mistakes
  • You have a career driven, opportunistic personality whom is competitive in nature
