Responsibilities:

  • Be a protector and advocate for the brand and actively promote the employee value proposition in an extremely competitive ecommerce market 
  • Arrange and manage the interview process and hiring
  • Take full lifecycle ownership for bringing in high quality talent into the organization for operational and service teams
  • Responsible for providing a strategic end to end recruitment service
  • Organize and schedule assessment days and related activities, cultivating relationships with colleges, schools, social and civic groups

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of high volume quality recruitment gained in either a retail head-office, distribution, or agency environment preferably across a number of diverse specialisms
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Strong commercial focus and administration skills
  • Good project management skills with proven experience of initiating and executing policies and procedures
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the HR and recruitment service to the business
  • A team player, who actively works to deliver as a team and meet challenges as a team
