Summary of Position:

Directly responsible for supplying best-fit and skilled workforce for senior operation position(s) to Pirata Group by scouring, recruiting, interviewing and orientating employees from different countries.

Work closely with Asian HR team members, concentrate on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Training & Development duties and work visa application.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional human resources on full cycle of recruitment process internationally from sourcing candidates, screening resume, interview, offer processing to on-boarding
  • Responsible to create social media platforms to build the company human resources brand (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) as well as building the website to facilitate recruitment internationally.
  • Responsible to manage international recruitment platforms in key cities such as London, Barcelona, Rome, Melbourne, Tokyo and New York amongst other major cities.
  • Responsible to recruit mid-management positions from hospitality schools in Europe by applying work holiday visas.
  • Responsible to build all the recruitment procedures for expats coming to Hong Kong
  • Responsible to put together with HR team expat packages
  • Sourcing of spaces to live for our new staff in Hong Kong
  • Onboarding procedures for all the new staff arriving to Hong Kong      
  • Responsible to recruit: Sous chef, Head chef, executive chef, Assistant manager, restaurant manager, General manager internationally.
  • Explore and evaluate the effectiveness of various overseas recruitment channels and execute recruitment activities (e.g., overseas university career fair, campus recruitment, placing recruitment advertisement via different recruitment channels internationally)
  • Manage end to the recruitment life cycle from sourcing, selection, conducting interviews until on-boarding
  • Understand hiring needs from business stakeholders and design an effective overseas recruitment strategy and talent planning for recruiting senior level of staff (e.g. General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef…)

 

Qualifications:

    

  • A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience in F&B
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years overseas F&B/ Hotel industry recruitment experience is a must
  • Comfortable working in a labour intensive & fast paced environment, with track record in recruiting back of house staff would definitely be a plus
  • Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skill
  • Excellent common in both spoken and written English and one foreign language
