As a Consultant, you will be given right guidance and on the job training to develop your skills and career. You will be involved mainly with the candidates (for a period of time), speak with candidates to learn more about them and about the roles that match their background. You will be trained on the Banking & Finance industry and the various functions/divisions.

You will be able to demonstrate your interpersonal skills, detail-mindedness, as well as utilizing your communication skills while working on the mandates.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Searching, screening and evaluating potential candidates
  • Sourcing candidates through our database, referrals and job portals
  • Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management and staff relations
  • Participate in the full cycle of recruitment and selection process
  • Provide logistics and administrative support, including training course enrolment, training venue set up and training schedule arrangement etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records for generating different reports
  • Provide professional HR advice on labour relationship matter /issues

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of human resources experience within a sizable organization
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate action across remote groups
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proactive, persistent, self-motivated, independent, and confident
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is preferable
