Job Duties 

  • Responsible for the daily operations in recruitment of identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria to achieve the recruitment target under the budgeted headcounts and recruitment budget
  • Provide support in spectrum of HR functions including resources planning, C&B, HR policy & compliance
  • Contact candidates for arranging tests and interviews, prepare full set of employment documents and follow up all logistics arrangements 
  • Update candidate database, prepare recruitment data and analyze report for management review
  • Update staff annual leave/compensation leave record
  • Assist in ad hoc general office administration



Job Requirements:
 

  • H. Diploma or above in Human Resources Management/Business Admin or related disciplines
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration areas,  either from search agency or in-house recruitment role focus, especially in I.T. industry
  • Experienced in Finance or I.T. is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • proactive, independent, detail minded, mature, pleasant, and hard-working
  • Book-keeping knowledge is an advantage 
  • Immediately available is preferable
