This role will be recruiting for the frontline staff and corporate office to the company.

Client Details

My client is a leading Teleservices company. They are providing customer services hotline service as well as other quality assurance services to corporate clients. you'll be part of a team providing recruitment as well as administration support to the team.

Description

  • Act as a business partner for designated departments to provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
  • Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders and external parties, proactively deploy effective recruitment strategies and explore new channels to cope with business expansion
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses for management review
  • Assist in the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects

Profile

  • Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines

  • 3-5 year's solid Human Resources experience, with practical regional exposure gained from MNCs will be an advantage

  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and other related legislation

  • Strong numerical sense, logical with good analytical skill

  • Strong team spirit with positive learning attitude, multi-tasking and be able to work under a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Excel

  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recruitment Officer / Business Partner

  • Candidate of available immediately is highly preferred
