A. Responsibilities:
1. To assist the company in the formulation of social media strategy and the daily operation and maintenance of its platforms (for example:www.facebook.com/hlc.filipino/).
2. Responsible for the recruitment of Overseas Filipino Workers to work in Hong Kong as well as assisting them throughout the recruitment and interview process at our Manila POEA licensed partnering networks.
3. Responsible for inputting OFWs' (Filipino) bio-data in our online computer system and monitor their application processing through internet.
4. Handling phone calls and instant messaging enquiries from OFWs at local or overseas.
5. Exploring others opportunities that the internet may offer!

B. Requirements:

1. The applicant should be aggressive, self-motivated, and able to co-operate with other team members to achieve outstanding service performance targets.

2. The applicant, preferably, possesses at least 2 years of customer services and he/she should be PC literate.

3. The candidate is also preferably:
- Immediate availabile;
- Mature, initiative, & independent;
- Good command of spoken English and Philippines;
- Willing to learn and under work pressure.

4. The post shall also require working on Sundays where replacement rest day will fall on weekdays.
