Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a major liaison person with international account stakeholders and local operations providers, both internal and external;
  • Working closely with destination offices to ensure SOPs are in place and reflecting the correct procedures, KPIs are reported and periodically reviewed
  • Drive continual process improvement for assigned key accounts
  • Conduct business service and operational review meetings regularly
  • Implementing, rolling out new customers and ensuring smoothness for all onboard arrangement;
  • Managing and build up strong commercial relationship with existing customers and exploring more business opportunities in Asia Pacific.
  • Create Customer Proposal and Presentations. Respond to corporate customer needs, request for Quote and Tenders, with provide professional advices, cost out detailed logistics solutions · Lead customer meeting and sales visits to present company capabilities

Education and Experience requirements:

  • University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 8 years experience with a solid background in freight industry with emphasis on origin cargo management; VAS, consolidation and supply chain management;
  • Experience in PO Management system such as Log-Net is preferable
  • Creative in solution design and process management from PO inception through to destination delivery;
  • A good team player with strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Putonghua.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Regional Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of Spanish will be considered in advance
