Our client is a leading technology company, they are looking for a Regional C&B Assistant Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This person will be responsible for a few countries. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions for the region assigned like payroll/incentive calculation, statutory contribution, tax filing handling, benefits administration
  • Be responsible for HR regular report and related people productivity and efficiency analysis.
  • Participate annual salary survey and keep track of market C&B trends and practices.
  • Assistant in C&B data analysis with high quality and provide support on review and develop motivational measures (incentive / bonus / commission, etc.)
  • Lead and promote C&B communication and interpret C&B policies and procedures to business managers and employees.
  • Support annual C&B projects, such as merit increase, budgeting, bonus planning and etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Successful Applicants

  • Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • 5-8 years consistency experience in multinational companies in HR function, with regional experience is highly preferable
  • Good understanding in HK labour law as we as HR related practice
  • Enjoy working a fast paced working environment 
  • Past experience in HR system is highly preferred.
  • Customer oriented with good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
  • Extraordinary communication and coordination skills
  • With good PC & Excel knowledge.
