Reporting to the Head of HR based in Hong Kong, you will be an integral part of their Human Resources team that provides strategic guidance and implementation in updating regional compensation and benefits programs in line with the firm's values, business goals, compensation principles and remuneration challenges. You will proactively partner with the Management team and across APAC to continuously improve all aspects of C&B. As part of this role, you will manage the full benefits overview and alignment and lead policy standardization projects. Regional reporting and analytics will also play an integral part of the role.

Strong communication is necessary in this role, with the ability to advise on best C&B practices within a very international and dynamic working culture.
