Job Responsibilities:

- Leverage the IT CRM Internal tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for implementing the marketing IT strategy;
- Work with CRM, Digital, IT and Marketing teams to implement the events, promotions, and marketing communications for the mobile applications, regional loyalty program and other commercial activity;
- Manage the day-to-day CRM technology operations including building the CRM automation journey in Salesforce platforms (service cloud and marketing cloud) and the core loyalty platform to drive business growth and customer engagement;
- Participate in the implementation of data-driven customer segmentation through in-depth understanding of audience targeting and the use cases of segmentation within CRM platforms;
- Resolving issues for customer complaints, technical troubleshooting or other operational issues, with the ability to pinpoint and investigate the unhappy flow in the CRM operations and coordinate with different stakeholders (e.g. customer technical support team, digital team, external vendors, etc.) to get it resolved;
- Insights recommendation to enhance the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and system development project.
- CRM platform training across the business.

Job Requirements:

- Higher Diploma/ Degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline;
- At least 2 years hands-on experience working with day-to-day CRM operations in Salesforce platform;
- Basic knowledge of working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Experience of SQL Development (beginner's level / Intermediate level) is a must;
- Salesforce Certificated Administrator preferable; (Optional)
- Hands-on experience developing automated marketing programs;
- Good understanding of marketing processes and workflow including campaign execution, content development and analytics.

In this role, you're reporting to a Senior Manager of Data & CRM Operations; We're looking for a Senior Officer for CRM Operations to join the Customer Experience Team to support the company's core commercial business units, and to support the target group of customer and marketing digital automation functions relating to the CRM platform and loyalty engine.
