Our client is a FMCG/ retail company headquartered in the US. To look after the FP&A functions of the emerging business, they are hiring a Regional Financial Manager for the team.

 

Job Duties

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Director and dotted line to CFO, you will be responsible for the countries in the APAC region, with key duties as below:

 

  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting analysis, and business plan
  • Prepare month-end closing controlling and reporting
  • Prepare P&L analysis with recommendations
  • Prepare daily/monthly regional performance reports for top managements
  • Lead a small FP&A team with 2 EEs
  • Support ad hoc projects

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent 
  • CPA/ HKICPA/ ACCA qualified or equivalent;
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience 
  • Retail or FMCG exposure is an advantage
  • SAP/ Oracle or other ERP experience is a PLUS
  • Strong business acumen, as well as strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Able to collaborate with others in fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
