Regional General Manager (Japan/Taiwan)

Job Duties:
Monitor the sales performance of Japan/Taiwan duty free and non-duty free market
• Analyze and report regularly on sales performance of customer/stores
• Formulate and execute sales plan in order to achieve sales target
• Prepare and archive operational budgets and forecasts periodically.
• Work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
• Assist in set up operational procedures and goals to monitor overall sales performance and service quality of the team
• Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
• Control and monitor inventory flow of the local warehouse
• Report to Managing Director
• Travel frequently to regional office


Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent;

Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in district operations and sales management from Tobacco industry

Knowledge of Local Law requirements and duty free market operations;

• Good leadership skill, communication skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skills

• Equip with very strong determination and persistence to meet the business objectives of the company

• Proficiency in English and Chinese

• Hands-on experience in PC applications of MS Office
