Duties:


People & Business Management

  • Lead the reception / services team in Hong Kong operations to provide full spectrum FOH services including customers servicing, pantry services, room reservations, meeting coordination, business conferences arrangement & ad hoc projects as requested
  • Understand the client’s needs and identifies the services directive to drive / support the achievement of these in partnership with the operations
  • Analyse, identify and develop effective and reliable CSR strategies, policies and operation system in APAC offices to support the business development and exceed expectation
  • Engage in the APAC CSR programs and projects to cope with the global directives
  • Take ownership for induction, talent management and succession planning sharing resource plans with other functions and central Resourcing
  • Through appraisal process identify technical and behavioral development needs ensuring development plans are aligned to business strategy
  • Ensure engagement through effective communication, recognition and positive people management
  • Take ownership of manpower plans focusing on productivity, performance and service excellence

Client Management

  • Development of strategic client relationships
  • Develop and manage client retention plans
  • Renegotiate contracts and lead the rebid process
  • Develop and agree client relationship development and retention programs
  • Objectively communicative account activity to management team
  • Support new services & business development



Requirements:

  • At least 10 years hospitality experience at operational management level in regional perspective
  • Degree holder in Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Experienced in CSR operations with strong 5-star hotel FOH / Guest Services background is an advantage
  • With international exposure is an advantage
  • Mandarin
  • Frequent travel is required
