Our client is a cross-border financial services platform primarily includes securities trading, asset management, money lending and other types of financial services.

Regional HR Manager (HK & Mainland) – Chinese securities firm

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide HR generalist services to HK & other PRC offices
  • Assist in all round HR duties including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Employee Relations, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Regional team on HR related projects or tasks
  • Work closely with regional HR team in ad hoc projects
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above of Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 5 years of HR generalist experience in sizable companies with PRC exposure and experience in securities firm (with SFC License Type 1,4,9) are required
  • Well-versed in HK and PRC employment and taxation law are required
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to travel to the PRC and work flexible hour upon request
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
