About the client

Our client is a global retail company, headquarter in Europe. Recently, they are setting up the new IT center in Hong Kong to support the global business.

About the role
  • Mainly provide first line support for users by internal chat, email, phone or face-to face
  • Handle application issues, communication and hardware calls and queries from all levels of the organization and are the primary interface between system users, IT staff and external service providers
  • Monitor and maintain the Retail Management System
  • Internal technical support of software and hardware equipment

About the person
  • Bachelor holder in Information System/ Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 1 years working as a IT Support role , from retail background will be highly preferred
  • Speak FLUENT English, good command of Cantonese and Mandarin! Any other Asian languages will be a plus
  • An ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical people
