Our International Supply Chain (ISC) division partners our customers on their supply chain roadmap and provides exceptional end-to-end purchase order management services. You have to support the Regional Key Account team to drive for supply chain compliance and operational excellence for International Supply Chain (ISC) customers. Acting as an international supply chain customer expert, you will manage key customers, implement the continuous improvement and oversee the data quality accuracy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Monitor related team members and origins to understand and drive for compliance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Manage the team to ensure data accuracy and efficiency for operational excellence
  • Liaise with origins to establish and provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for key customers regularly
  • Manage the related parties to give timely responses, identify problem root cause and provide solutions for key clients
  • Work with internal departments for quality service according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPI
  • Follow conference calls/ performance review with origins to confirm origins understanding on the customers’ requirement and reinforce origins compliance
  • Manage the team to set up system reports for regular data audit to ensure shipments timely and accurately

Your skills and experience

  • University graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in key account, supply chain and order management in logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good computer knowledge in MS office (eg. Excel)
  • Occasional travel is required
