Our client is a leading IT Company specializing in Digital solutions for the core business operation of the global financial industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business growth and operations in the assigned region
  • Develop and implement strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the region's strategic initiatives;
  • Proactive development of new business in the region
  • Managing and developing client relationships, pursuing business opportunities, including customer requirement collection and analysis, information research.
  • Represent my Client to lead the overall implementation of the business solution and service for the insurance industry in the assigned region;
  • Responsible for the profit and loss of the projects; Lead the commercial part of the contract execution during the implementation stage;
  • Consolidate and analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice
  • Establishing monitoring and control processes to ensure agreed service levels are consistently maintained.
  • Guide and manage the development of detailed project plans;
  • Lead project managers and business analysis team on program planning, business analysis, business intelligence, and pre-sales solutions.
  • Manage change requests during the project execution;
  • Recruit, coach/train onshore PMs and business analysts;
  • Conduct a performance evaluation of all the onshore teams, and make the decision on hiring and firing;

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor and above;
  • Strong leadership, reliable and committed;
  • Competent and confident demeanour, excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with C-level prospects/customers;
  • Successful track record in BD /selling complex technology solutions;
  • High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget;
  • Professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably at multinational IT consulting and service companies;
  • Extensive exposure to the management of large-scale enterprise software development
  • Highly dedicated, detail-oriented and hands-on;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Good language capabilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must;
