Reporting to the Regional Sales Director and the Board of Directors, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and execute the branding and marketing strategies and align with the corporate objectives
  • Develop all brand collaterals and merchandises and create new materials as needed
  • Ensure the branded sales tools and documentations are kept up to date
  • Plan and oversee development of a market leading and innovative online digital presence on different platforms i.e. company website, social media platforms, EDMs, etc
  • Manage and improve the optimization of SEO, PPC campaigns, and the social media platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Wechat, etc, to generate and nurture leads of the clients/candidates
  • Drive and execute all digital marketing channels in order to gain market exposure and promote the Links brand
  • Manage key media relationships to develop external brand communications
  • Organize and manage promotional / marketing events e.g. workshop, conferences, etc. in conjunction with the business teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in professional services marketing with 2 years in a managerial role
  • Exceptional written and verbal English - journalistic standard. Excellent written Chinese is a plus
  • Strong client management and relationship development skills
  • Proven ability in digital marketing experience e.g. ecommerce, eDMs, SEOs and social media, etc
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans
  • Team player and ability to be independent when required
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills
