Job Title: Regional Sales Account Manager

About the Client:
Our client is a Global Digital IT solutions company who is a leader of the industry. They have currently more than over 5000 employees around the world with multiple offices operates in different regions. They have been serving more than 10,000 clients (some are Forbes Global 100) worldwide. Due to fast-expansion globally in their sales account team, our client is currently looking for a talent who is ambitious and strong start up mind-set to join them based in HK.

What you will be doing:

  • You will need to manage some exists top tier corporate and/or global accounts with the responsibility to sell across our full portfolio of solutions.
  • You will need to meet/exceed quarterly revenue goals/ sales targets, increased our product foot print, develop larger deals, and expand territory size over time.
  • You will utilise sales best practices, industry trends and market knowledge in a repeatable sales process, and build an effective pipeline and execute on each phase of the Value Selling process
  • You will need to identify your customer needs and recommend value-based solutions that reflect a clear understanding of “our client” ’s products and services, our client’s primary differentiators, customer segments, and key competitors’ offerings.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through unquestionable integrity and professionalism
  • Be the brand ambassador both internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with dedicated pre-sales, marketing sales, product account and internal ecosystem colleagues to achieve common goals
  • While also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process to ensure they are also achieved their sales goals
  • You can make your decisions grounded in policies and procedures which are typically reviewed by senior management such as budgeting.

What you will need:

  • With a bachelor’s degree
  • Have solutions IT sales equivalent work experience in software/cloud/Digital/Data
  • Have in-depth experience managing complex environments and are skilled at forecasting and territory planning
  • Have excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and have the ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization
  • Have a proven sales track record in selling software solutions to Top tiers / Strategic customers.
