Client Details

Our client is a well-regarded French beauty and cosmetics group with innovative and trendy products. They are now expanding their business and further investing to continue to grow their Asia Pacific business. They are looking for a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to join them in this exciting role.

Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the APAC region and will be working closely with the General Manager in expanding the business. This position will be responsible for the partnerships with distributors and developing strong long-term relationships. You will work with distributors from each country to define commercial strategy and will conduct business reviews and reporting. You will be exploring where the growth opportunities lie within each region and to capture these opportunities. This is a hands-on role and requires someone with strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Profile

You must have at least 5 years of experience in the consumer products industry, most preferably from beauty or cosmetics industry. Candidates from fashion, jewelry or similar industries may be considered as well. The successful candidate does not have to currently work in a regional role but must have a flexible personality and strong communication skills to work with different countries. You must have experience in distributor and retailer management and have a strong track record in key account management. This person must be energetic, dynamic and have an open mindset. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be proactive, creative and a problem solver. Fluency in English and Cantonese are required.
