Our client is one of the leaders in plastic/ film packaging for food and pharmaceutical industry.

Salary:  70,000 – 75,000 THB. / Month

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in food packaging industry
  • Expand the relationships and support with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team to achieve company’s goals
  • Maintain customer relationships to develop long-term sales opportunities and ensure effective negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions
  • Set sales targets and business opportunity , aligned with business strategies
  • Create reports and reviews  with regional sales and revenue, volume including  financial data
  • Interact with internal team to provide suggestions in order to support improvement of Sales and Marketing
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities to maintain an up-to-date awareness of industry trends
  • Conduct market research to increase profit, sales volume and market share
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Marketing or any related fields.
  • 5+ years in sales, marketing in product or food packaging is preferable.
  • Experience in people management in multinational companies
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and company goal oriented
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP, marketing or CRM software
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation in complicated circumstances
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written in English
  • Ability to travel and work overseas  at least a monthly basis
