Our client is a privately-owned US based Data Analytics Software Company with a global sales presence across the US, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific region. As the Asia Pacific market is their core market of development, they are now looking to expand their team further to boost their sales presence, market share and profits in the region.



Description



Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be driving business development activities with existing and potential clients within the APAC region. You will lead the entire sales process, prioritise and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sales through to contract completion. Using a strategic and consultative approach, you will identify the shortcomings of potential client's current analytics software and showcase the firm's products and capabilities. You will also develop and work closely with channel partners to further develop the business. You will be the key point of contact for existing customers, and be responsible for renewal as well as all contractual negotiation. You will be following up on generated sales leads and referrals to develop new markets, and working with both the regional and global teams for support and resource management. This is a strategic role and you are expected to organically generate leads and drive the business forward.



Profile

To qualify, you will hold a Bachelor's degree with related studies in Computer Science and Statistics and/or comparable work experience. You should have around 10+ years' of sales track record and experience developing and executing sales strategies, preferably in machine learning solutions. You should have solid working knowledge of computer hardware and software applications, along with experience in using technical software, particularly data mining. Excellent presentation with good negotiation, selling and interpersonal skills are also required. You will need to be a strong communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Travelling on a regular basis is required.
