THE COMPANY : 

  • We develop and sell hybrid and digital smart watches of own brand for China & Asia Pacific market 
  • We are looking for REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Asia Pacific) - with details as follows : 



THE JOB :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Expand the customer base in APAC & China Sales
  • Responsible for APAC & China Sales distributors management
  • Involved in the analysis of market and the competitors.
  • Responsible for owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets in APAC.
  • Achieve sales target, expand sales territory, and account penetration
  • Assist in handling regional/global bids and service contract negotiation
  • Provide market intelligence to trade managements
  • Handle sales-related issues and enquires raised by customer
  • To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • To build long-term relationship with customers at all levels and assure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Review forecasts and margin targets regularly to monitor and plan for any fluctuations in the account.
  • Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant sales management experience, working in distribution management, consumer electronics or technology industry is mandatory
  • Experience in Traditional Watches or Smart watches
  • Exposure in APAC & China Sales
  • Ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 5 days work
