Job Descriptions:

  1. Establish strategic regional sales and marketing plans to identify key markets and areas for growth which will include the implementation of the plan and conversion of sales leads with a strong focus on distribution
  2. Set sales targets, prepare budget and sales forecast, and analyze, review and evaluate for management approval
  3. Build and develop new markets in assigned areas, sales channels and customer accounts, organize exhibitions, and monitor sales performance, pricing and receivables
  4. Develop specific plans to ensure the efficient and sustainable sales growth by continuing to improve distributors, essential customers retention
  5. Establish a strong dealership network (including architect firms, fire consultants, fire contractors, and clients / developers) where you will identify critical partners, provide training and support and maintain a proactive flow of communication and customer care
  6. Understand both market and customer requirements, revert feedbacks to the teams in product development, marketing, and services level, and raise the brand awareness to our targeted customers
  7. Work closely with internal partners to achieve business growth and sales performance
  8. Pitch goods and services to new clients and maintain good working relationships with existing ones
  9. Represent company at professional meetings or seminars
  10. Perform other work-related duties as assigned
  11. Occasional travels to overseas will be required

 

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of solid sales and business development experience with architects or construction hardware companies in the building materials industry
  2. Familiar with window and door hardware is preferable
  3. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or marketing
  4. Regional sales experience, preferably covering Far East Region
  5. Proactive attitude, strategic-mindset, able to work independently under minimal supervision
  6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin
