Our client, world-leading retail brands, with their expansion in Hong Kong is looking for suitable candidates for Regional Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager - Retail

to join their growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor on payroll calculations and regular reports for the responsible countries
  • Provide assistance to employee queries on C&B related matters
  • Assist on employee compensation and benefits at regional level, such as social security contribution, medical insurance, employee discount etc.
  • Assist in consolidating regional regular reports, budgeting and data analysis
  • Maintain accurate employees related records
  • Collaborate with regional HR colleagues to maintain a smooth operation of HRIS system
  • Support data submission for compensation surveys
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder 
  • At least 5 years solid retail HR working experience
  • Knowledge of overseas labour ordinance 
  • Good numerical sense
  • Responsible, detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good proficiency of MS Office (especially of MS Excel)
