Responsibilities:

  • Training program design and development
  • Provide Training internally and externally on customer visibility portal
  • Provide business and operational analysis to create process requirement specifications for the in-house enterprise application system
  • Acquire good business domain knowledge of responsible areas by documenting current business process and providing recommended solutions for future business/ operational processes
  • Assist the project manager in project management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field, preferably in a business field
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably in logistics industry
  • Previous exposure in Logistics, International shipping, or transportation is a plus
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem solving, decision making, communication and negotiation skills
  • Capable of breaking down complex procedures into user-friendly, logical steps for non-technical end-users
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
