Job responsibilities

1. Support the setting up of JCHH;

2. Plan, deliver and evaluate the individual care program to patients and families across various settings;

3. Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways; and

4. Perform duties associated with your post or such duties assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • A Certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification clinical nursing experience preferably with community outreach service in hospice/palliative care;
  • Completed training with practicum in hospice nursing or oncololgy and palliative care is preferable; 
  • Competent in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
  • Shift duty is required.
