Our Client is a world-leading digital asset exchange, providing advanced financial services to traders globally by using blockchain technology. We are seeking a Regulatory lawyer to join their growing legal team in Hong Kong and support the regional and global business. Working closely with the General counsel and business you will be responsible for managing the regulatory framework, investigations, advise on risk, compliance and governance matters and operational matters including but not limited to dispute resolution, commercial negotiation, IP, employment and litigation. Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years' PQE, English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills. Regulatory exposure to HKMA and SFC regulations will be highly valued and so will be understanding of PRC financial regulations. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to make a first move in-house and join a dynamic team with a high quality of work to offer. REF: 15058/CP
