Our client is a tier one commercial and corporate bank which serves more than millions customers worldwide with a complete range of banking services to offer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of SOE/POE customers by extending appropriate commercial banking facilities
  • Maintain close business relationship with referred customers from China, and acquire new relationships through key customers and strategic partners
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior members in the team
  • Monitor the quality of loan book of his/her portfolio and ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure and to support total quality management

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance and Credit related discipline
  • 5-6 year's sales and marketing experience in commercial lending in commercial business preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and fluency in Putonghua an advantage
