The Job:

  • Lead repair service team to achieve the business goals in operation excellence and productivity enhancement.
  • Responsible to oversee the operation of mobile equipment technical support and repair services at service centers, including the supervisors and technicians.
  • Monitor the execution of the repair service, modify the workflow and optimize the resource management.
  • Work with vendors/inter-departments to provide a high quality and cost effective mobile equipment technical support and repair services.
  • Compile performance statistics for service improvement.
  • Provide the structure staff development and training to ensure a stabilized organization to fulfill market demand.
  • Monitor capacity planning in line with productivity target.
  • Undertake sound financial management to ensure repair team are profitable and stay within budget.

The Person:

  • Full time degree and technical understanding required
  • Minimum 5 years repair industry in which no less than 3 years experience as team leader, with customer service background preferable
  • Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
  • Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Repair Service Manager
