The appointee will assist in implementing a variety of research duties, including but not limited to attending meetings and interviews, preparing meeting notes and reports, data collection and data analysis, material search, literature review, research reports drafting and publications as well as other project related tasks.

 

 

Applicants should: 

  • possess a bachelor’s degree or above preferably in the Cultural and Creative Industries, Cultural and Communication Studies, History, China Studies or related disciplines in the humanities;
  • be experienced in academic research and interested in the Cultural and Creative Industries, Cultural and Communication Studies, History, China Studies or related disciplines in the humanities;
  • have an excellent command of English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and Classical Chinese;
  • have good organisational and communication skills;
  • be familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing;
  • be able to work independently; and
  • be required to work on weekends or irregular hours occasionally.

 

Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
